Fiscal Incentives
a.
Export Development Assistance Scheme:
Presently Market Development Assistance (MDA) is provided by Govt. of India to exporters
for participation in international trade fairs which is limited in nature thus restricting scope
for MSMEs. On similar lines, State will extend Export Development Assistance to MSMEs for
participation in approved National / International Trade Fairs, Buyer seller meets organized
by ITPO / EPCS / All India Trade and Industries Organizations like FICCI, CII, Indian Chamber
of Commerce, ASSOCHAM etc.

Details
(a) MSME exporters (a) The State Government
registered with concerned shall select the product
DIC / Merchant exporters specific International Trade
having annual turnover of Fairs/exhibitions
for
less than Rs.5 Crore
participation based on the
inputs received by DGFT
and Export promotion
Councils
(b) MSME exporters with
valid IEC number (active or
renewed), UAM registration
and /or Exporters
/Merchant Exporters
(c) Having valid Passport
The delegation comprising
representatives from the
State Government and
Private sector, visiting other
countries for trade related
consultation/s with a similar

selected exporters will be
borne by the State

provided travel expenses in
respect of not more than
