Recommendation to include Park County with Jefferson County due to services. Recommendation to include El Paso with Pueblo due to winter weather and accessibility. Area 13 Feedback (Lake, Chaffee, Fremont, Custer) • The distance between Custer County and Lake County is significant and Fremont County could benefit from more localized services.
