Recently, two such equipment have been added in the zoology labs, which are FacGel Electrophoresis and PCR Machine. Gel electrophoresis apparatus helps students to run their routine gels efficiently and effectively. It can be used to genotype different bacterial, viral, animal and or human samples. PCR is added to the laboratory for performing amplification experiments and for DNA and RNA extraction. Upgrading Software for NLE Lab at FMCS Keeping in view the vision and mission of University of Central Punjab, FMCS NLE Lab has upgraded its softwares. Updated version of Adobe suite including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro are now functional in every system of this lab. Faculty of Media and Communication Studies has achieved these strategic goals to provide better facilities to graduate and postgraduate students.
