114 Indonesia waters has 14 out of 72 global seagrass species. Nine out of the 14 seagrass species are found in Kepulauan Seribu National Park, which are dominated by species of Thalassia hemprichii and Enhalus acoroides. (Kepulauan Seribu District, Jakarta, 2019) Kepulauan Togean National Park has seagrass meadows ecosystem that plays important role for organisms in shallow coastal waters ecosystem. The seagrass species found in the National Park are Cymodocea serulata, Cymodocea rortundata, Halodule uninervis, Syringodium isofolium, Enhalus acroides, and Thalassia hemprichii.
