Stakeholder relations
We build long-term, ethical and transparent relationships with all stakeholders connected to our business model. We identify and work to improve our
operations to meet the expectations and demands of suppliers, employees and communities in the municipalities where we have operations. To strengthen
this relationship, we also disclose our corporate values and the strategy to materialize our purpose: Our Big Dream. Open dialogue and respect for diversity
are the pillars that sustain our way of acting.
Employees
All permanent and seasonal workers are cov-
ered by collective bargaining agreements and
have the right to a benefits package. The pack-
age of benefits of the SLC Foundation, which
covers 100% of professionals, includes a health
plan, dental plan, life insurance and funeral as-
sistance, as well as reimbursement of medical
and medicine expenses. Furthermore, perma-
nent employees are entitled to extended mater-
nity and paternity leave (6 months for women
and 20 days for men), meal vouchers or cafete-
ria meals, temporary renter's assistance and
accommodation at the farms, daycare assis-
tance, transportation voucher, educational as-
sistance and agreements with universities and
a food voucher card.
