BUSINESS MADE EASY Driven by: PRESIDENTIAL ENABLING BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT COUNCIL (PEBEC) Cost of Compliance Survey - Background & Approval 鳳 • • ● • The understanding of the subnational baseline will enable evidence-based recommendations on how to improve the business environment and position Nigeria to reap the gains of AfCFTA. The survey was initially due for release in 2019 but was delayed due to funding constraints and the election cycle. The project is being implemented under the Policy Development Facility (PDF) Bridge programme funded by DFID.
