Portobello's Strategies POINTER Portobello A CASA COM FOINTER POINTER Mars design om sul vide POINTER POINTER The group's democratic design brand takes on the challenge of product affordability and di- fferentiation in the Northeast region of Brazil, in addition to exporting to several other countries. Pointer sets itself apart in the market due to the unpretentious and modern fashion products are displayed, to a standard system that makes it easier for product returns and to how fast it can be implemented and updated in-store. In 2020, project PoS 500 was a highlight as it managed to quickly renew the 500 most important points of sale of the brand. Pointer's interactive display, which can be found at its main points of sale, offers a digital expe- rience where customers can specify their pro- ducts, render environment simulators, find tech- nical information and view inspiring images. Pointer's manufacturing facility is located in Ma- rechal Deodoro and is one of the world's most modern and sustainable with its dry manufactu- ring process, in which raw materials require no water to be ground up during milling.
