Places the Group in the top 26th percentile of Banks (Industry Group) BBB (average) B (management level) S&P Global 49 3 to net proceeds will be allocated to finance/ refinance: Green Buildings & Energy Efficiency Renewable Energy Clean Transportation Management of Proceeds Net proceeds will be managed on a portfolio basis .
