New WSS tariffs set by GNERC for a 3-year regulatory period. Tariffs in Tbilisi have
increased by 23.8% for residential customers and decreased by 0.4% for legal entities,
serving as a first step towards gradually unifying WSS tariffs

DEG), total committed amount of up to EUR 81.5min through GWP in 3Q17 to finance
