mBank Hipoteczny has been issuing covered bonds since 2000, when it was the first bank to introduce mortgage covered bonds to the
post-war Polish capital market, restoring their importance and place after 50 years of absence. Outstanding publicly traded covered
bonds issued by the Bank as of 2020 H1 are PLN 8.05 bn, represent 30.3% market share in the covered bond market in Poland.
