IP filing in the GACC Companies can apply the IP filing in GACC and be protected by GACC. To handle the filing, an application shall be directly submitted to the GACC. Individual port of entry will NOT accept filing application. An overseas IP right holder shall file an application with an office established within China or with an agent entrusted within China.
