Remuneration is determined by market research and agreements with the unions of the categories represented in the staff, which include coordination, with the exception of interns and apprentices, representing 95.1% of the team. The Collective Bargaining Agreement is applied to 99.5% of employees - the remaining 0.5% are Statutory Officers, Councillors and Interns. As a strategic action for the coming years, the guidelines that determine wages, including a more in-depth analysis of the highest and lowest salaries and of men and women, will be improved.
