MOU with Advanced Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd CPE has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Advanced Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is a part of Citadel Investment Group UK. Both organizations would work together to offer training and certification programs for Finance, Financial & Accounting System, Financial Technologies and Financial Markets. External Trainings offered by CPE Industry Linkages and Development Pakistan Railways: Overall 83 Senior Railway officers from multidiscipline have been trained in four batches so far starting from October 7, 2021. Oct 7, 2021-Batch 1 - UCP Centre for Professional Excellence has kick started its external training operations. The first external training was conducted at Pakistan Railways Academy Walton Lahore on Thursday, October 7,2021. Senior officers from Pakistan Railways in grades BPS 17, 18 and 19 from cross disciplines including Engineers, Medical Doctors, Law Officer, Railway Police, Procurement & Production Managers and officials from Ministry of Railways participated in this day long training session on Lean and Six Sigma. Participants were able to develop knowledge about the modern frameworks on Lean and Six Sigma which contribute to organizational success. Head UCP-CPE, Mr Zubair Anwar, facilitated this training session as the resource person. MOU with World Call and World Mobile Group UK University of Central Punjab (UCP), World Call Telecom Limited (WTL), and the UK based World Mobile Group (WMG) have signed a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding for setting up a state-of-the-art Block Chain Centre of Excellence at the University of Central Punjab. The signing ceremony was conducted at the head office of World Call Telecom Limited on Friday, October 22 and was covered by the electronic and print media. A high-level delegation from UCP led by Pro-Rector Dr Nassar Ikram and Dr Ahmad Shabbar Kazmi Dean Faculty of IT, Mr Zubair Anwar, Head UCP Centre for Professional Excellence and Mr Abdullah Iqbal Deputy Manager Coordination & Technology joined this notable event. The management team of WTL, including Mr Babar Ali Syed Chief Executive Officer, Mr Agha Mansoor Director, Mr Effan Riaz Technical Director, Mr Muhammad Azhar Saeed Chief Finance Officer, and Mr Faisal Ahmed, Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs, received UCP delegation and arranged a guided tour to their technical facilities after the signing ceremony.
