Developed a Human Impact Guide to help Financial Crime
Operations (FCO) team members understand and recognise the
range of situations or sectors which are most susceptible to
human impact crimes. Modern slavery and human trafficking are
examples of human impact crimes

integrated ESG risk considerations within risk appetite statement
