As the main "products/deliveries" of the strategic
planning, the following were established:
Corporate identity review
We readjusted our Mission, Vision and our Values
and instituted our Purpose. See more details in the
item "Corporate identity," in the chapter "Who we
are" of this Report.
Strategic programs and projects

For the five themes that we define as strategic
pillars Market, People, ESG, Innovation and
Technology and Operational Excellence -, several
linked programs and projects were stipulated,
permeating the Organization as a whole.
Strategic Map
In November 2022, the third planning workshop
took place, with around 50 people, including
members of the Board of Directors, when all the
work was reviewed and the Strategic Map was
consolidated, with the definition of global goals
and priority projects.
