Slough's WMA Well Vanceburg Well The City of Vanceburg's public water supply well is a Network site in the Eastern Pennyroyal region, and Slough's (pronounced "Slew") Wildlife Management Area well is in the Western Kentucky Coal Field near the Ohio River.
