on trust
Promoting respect and empathy has been our approach
to providing a welcoming, safe and discrimination-free
environment, which favors the plurality of opinions and
guarantees the rights of all people, allowing each one the
right to exist and be unique: Come As You Are. Fostering
Inclusion, Diversity and Equity allows us to do what is right,
creating the conditions for all our professionals to become
their best versions and enjoy recognition and prosperity.
Our Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Committee (CIDE) values
respect for all people and didactically bases its goals and
action plans on five pillars, four with themes: KNOW
(gender), Voices (LGBTQI+), Buddies (people with disabilities)
and Ebony (race and ethnicity) and a pillar of Synergy to
work on both intersectionality and themes not embraced
by the other pillars. Each pillar is led and builds its actions
through volunteer leaders, always with the participation of
representatives of the groups that empower, to guarantee a
place of speech (representativeness), effective actions and
positive impact, which materialize the protagonist attitude
that KPMG decided to embrace in the Inclusion, Diversity &
Equity topic not only within the Firm, but before the market
and society.
