Our performance management framework
The department operates under the WA health system Outcome Based
Management Framework. This framework describes the relationship between
outcomes, services and key performance indicators that measure how
effective and efficient the organisation is in achieving relevant overarching State
Government goals.
Table 5 demonstrates the alignment between whole of government goals and the
WA health system Outcome Based Management Framework. The outcomes and
services related to the department are marked in blue.
