INCENTIVE, DISINCENTIVE AND
MANAGEMENT OF IMPROVING AREA
VALUE
People who do not conform to the principles of planning and
development of Transit Oriented Areas will be given
disincentives in the form of:
Imposition of higher Regional Taxes;
Limitation of space utilization activities; and / or
Limitation of the intensity of space utilization.
Government, Regional Government, State and Regional
Owned Enterprises that build Affordable Flats can be given
flexibility incentives related to the size and intensity as
needed.
Incentives and Disincentives as referred to in Article 35 and
Article 36 are decided at a BKPRD Leadership Meeting.
