Acceptance of the strategy for digital society
development in Russia for 2017-2030 and the
doctrine of cyber security.
In a message to Federal Assembly Russian
President Vladimir Putin identified tasks for
digital economy development and creation
of digital economy development program.
On 31 July 2017 Russian government has
approved the «Digital economy» program and
identified its five key topics.
On 1 March 2019 a competition for roadmap
development of end-to-end digital
technologies was announced.
On 7-10 June 2016 the first CIPR took place, with the
first panel discussions on digital technologies,
which acted as a base for «Digital economy>>
national project.
On 24-26 May 2017 the first public reading of
"Digital economy" road map took place by Minister
of Telecom and Mass Communications of the
Russian Federation, as well as the first work group
meeting of Presidential Economic Council in the
«Digital economy».
On 6-8 June 2018 the first round tables of working
groups and centers of competencies in five areas of
the Digital Economy program were held as part of
the CIPR business program.
On 22-24 May 2019 presentations of road maps and
end-to-end digital technologies took place, as part
of the meeting of the Supervisory Board of ANO
<<Digital economy». 4 out of 9 road maps on end-to-
end digital technologies were approved.

On 1 October 2019 Presidium of the government commission on digital development, use of
information technology for life improvement and the conditions for doing business, approved all
seven road maps on development of end-to-end digital technologies in Russia until 2024.
On 24-26 June 2020 the V annual CIPR conference will take place, where the implementation of
the goals and objectives of these road maps, as well as focus on the development of priority
high-tech areas in the Russian Federation will be discussed.
