Progress in implementation of the electricity sector reform and structural change - cont. חברת החשמל Israel Electric Investments in the T&D segments On January 16, 2023, the Minister of Energy determined that the company will maintain its activity in the distribution segment as the holder of an essential service provider license for a period of 20 years. The company has not yet been granted a new license in the transmission segment. The company continued to increase its investments in the T&D segments and during the first half of 2023 invested a total of NIS 1.7 billion in those segments.
