Establishment of Long-term Vision TOCH GN TOCHIGI BANK Long-term Vision A corporate group that co-creates the future of regional communities through “relationships" and "solutions" The Tochigi Bank Group has established its long-term vision with the following aspirations: "To be the closest to our customers," "To resolve not only individual issues of the regional residents but also those of the community at large," and "To enhance the sustainability of the regional community and work with the entire community to co-create the future." In order to further develop solutions to issues, from the perspective of human capital, we should develop the human resources who will work on those solutions. To this end, we will also make efforts to create an environment in which all employees can demonstrate their abilities and play an active role with enthusiasm. Changing Bank Role Simply providing existing banking functions is not enough for sustainable growth of the region and the Bank.
