This is done by mapping and updating the most important environmental risk monitoring and management processes, as well as identifying and analyzing the controls responsible for mitigating the risks. An important part of the process is performed by the Internal Auditor, ensuring efficiency and efficacy. TCFD Risk Management c. Furthermore, the organization's risk matrix was updated in line with the provisions of the Risk Management Policy, providing guidance for the new PAINT under development in the years 2023/2024. IMAGE & REPUTATION RISKS *ར་ས COMPLIANCE/LEGAL RISKS These are related to the Company's returns due to the lack of a full legal basis for its operations, and include the risk of non-compliance with laws, regulations, agreements, current practices or applicable ethical standards, further including the risk that the nature of the product/service provided could expose the Company to litigation.
