compensation. As for mutual funds, some have questioned the Autorité's conduct,
particularly its ability to take effective action in this type of case. Finally, some industry
operators have noted the lack of sufficient resources allotted to education on buying and
using financial products and services. These resources are currently limited to the fund that
falls under the aegis of the Autorité, and only cover investor education and governance
promotion.
