The competitions involved running activities, weightlifting and meditation. Once the participation of the employees was confirmed, they were rewarded with t-shirts, yoga mats and sound boxes - incentives to encourage them to keep up the habit. Parental leave GRI 401-3 Throughout the year, we monitored the overall engagement of employees with the program and noted a 20% increase in participation compared to the previous year. Our goal for 2030 is to involve 65% of employees. SÃO SIMÃO FUN RUN i In November 2022, we held the 1st SPIC Brasil Fun Run in São Simão (Goiás), another initiative of the Be Healthy program. The free event was in partnership with Sesi and the city's Sports, Education and Culture, and Health and Urbanism departments. The aim of the action was to expand access to health and well-being practices for employees, their families and surrounding communities.
