Management Report 2020 Fiscal Council Opinion The Fiscal Council of SLC Agrícola S.A., in compli- ance with the legal and statutory provisions, ex- amined the Management Report and the individ- ual and consolidated Financial Statements of SLC Agrícola S.A., all related to the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2020. Based on the examinations carried out, also con- sidering the report of Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes SS, dated March 17, 2021, as well as the information and clarifications re- ceived during the year, he believes that the re- ferred documents are in conditions to be ana- lyzed and approved by the Annual General Meet- ing of Shareholders.
