They were both only tested against Wuhan strain, because they were done earlier in time – Summer 2020. We don't have definitive - data against other variants for these vaccines. They are both highly effective at 94-95% 2 weeks after second dose of vaccine. We don't know much about the duration of immunity after vaccination. Health -Authority
