Progress of the business improvement plan
■ Submitted a business improvement plan in January 2022. Initiated measures for improvement and completed
direct prevention of system failure recurrences as well as structure establishment. Those two measures were
introduced to lower the likelihood of system failure and to make prompt reaction in case of emergency.
■Going forward, regular inspections and management of established structure are to be taken.

Appropriate allocation of corporate resources and personnel based
on on-site-feedback.
Legal compliance, among all, on foreign exchange-related laws and
regulations.
