training. Most of our employees have completed higher profession-
al education and the number of employees with degrees has been
growing continuously. At the end of 2011 it was more than 178,000,
a 3% increase on the previous year.
In 2011, the average employee resignation and dismissal rate at the
Bank was 14.2% and the employee turnover rate was 17.7%.
