Authorised Stevedorage Registered to MPABD (ASVM) All works performed on board vessel, port terminals, wharves and yards, i.e., the process or act of loading and unloading cargo, stowing inside hatches, compartments and on deck or open spaces on board vessel and transferring, loading and unloading cargo within the port premises. Providing, rendering and operating Stevedoring Services at Ports of Brunei Darussalam under the purview of the Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam (MPABD)
