It also effectively links individual performance income with personal goal achievement and Company benefits, so as to ensure good income for both the Company and the employees, which increases the employees' sense of identity and belonging to the Company. The Company actively builds performance management system and incentive system, conducts regular performance appraisal and gives material and spiritual incentives to promote high performance of employees and ensure the realization of the company's business plan.
