Introduction Implementation timeline un Introduction The target implementation date to introduce the regimes are extended: • HK Investor ID Regime - by the second half of 2022 OTC Securities Transactions Reporting Regime - by the first half of 2023 • The SFC will amend the Code of Conduct - introduce new Chapters 5.6 and 5.7 • The amendments to the Code of Conduct will come into effect on a future date to be determined by the SFC in line with the implementation timeline
