The 2023 Refunding Series A Bonds are being issued to
currently refund all or a portion of selected maturities of
the University's General Obligation Bonds, 2013 Series A
and the General Obligation Bonds, 2014 Series A.
The 2023 Series A Bonds and the 2023 Refunding Series A Bonds (collectively, the "2023 Bonds") are general
obligations of the University for the payment of which, in accordance with their terms, the full faith and credit of
the University are pledged.
The 2023 Bonds are additionally secured by the pledge of and a lien upon the State Debt Service Commitment,
which is the State's commitment to pay an annual amount for the principal and interest on the 2023 Bonds.
