Clients rate the Bank highly on its organizational practices and its influence within the development sector.
Respondents saw the Bank's collaboration with the government (68%) and other agencies (49%) as
significant. As engaged partners, the clients rated the Bank's Responsiveness (48%), Following through on
commitments (50%), Openness ((49%), and Straightforwardness (49%) as significant.
