Despite the complex economic environment faced in
2021, our salaries remained competitive compared to
the market. The ratio of the average base salary to the
general minimum wage as defined by the Ministry of
Labor and Social Welfare (STPS, acronym in Spanish),
excluding executives and managers, is 1.8, and the
corresponding ratio of women's salaries to men's salaries
is 1.2. The ratio of total annual compensation was 33.6
and the ratio of percentage increase in total annual
compensation was 0.8.
