Jababeka (30%) for a mixed use superblock on a 12-hectare site right next to the golf course; 3) "Paradiso" - a JV between Jababeka (52%) and Keihan Real Estate
(48%) from Japan to develop a 2.7 hectare high-end golf villa residential project.
