Speaker Bios ERIN NEUMANN Vice President - Operations Excellence Erin Neumann was promoted to Vice President of Operations Excellence in June of 2022. In her current role, she supports the branch network through continuous improvement and automation of critical maintenance and logistics processes. Ms. Neumann joined United Rentals as a Director of Operations Excellence in 2017 and led multiple customer service and operations efficiency initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Neumann specialized in Lean Manufacturing and Strategy in the Aerospace & Defense sector. She served both public and private sector clients as a management consultant at Kearney in Washington, D.C. From 2007 through 2014, she held various roles at the former United Technologies subsidiaries Raytheon Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky Aircraft.
