Entitlement to be paid During the investigation, the following persons shall be deemed to be at work and their employer shall pay them at the usual rate: ➤ the employee who made the report ➤ a person selected by the trade union who represents the employee ➤ an employee selected by the employees to represent them, where there is no trade union.
