In September 2021, we started UNA, for women; GLOBUNTU, for black people; SOMOS, for the LGBTQIA+ community; and SER+, for people with disabilities. Group participants meet on a monthly basis to share their experiences, expectations and plan actions to support the strategic plan designed by the Diversity and Inclusion area. 41 2021 Report ESG Journey Culture for diversity In 2021, we started communicating our Culture Program to the teams.
