The program lasted for six months and ended in November. GRI 3-3 We also carried out the second edition of the Mentorship Program, a training model aimed at deepening leadership skills and conducting individual follow-up sessions. We wrapped up the first class in the first half with a high success rate and launched a new class in the second half for 15 managers. We also launched the Career Dialogs project, which includes workshops to guide leaders in addressing the topic with their teams, aiming to encourage them to take the lead in leveraging their growth in the company. In 2023, we will expand the project to new recruits. 15 managerial level leaders attended our second class of the Leadership Academy.
