The Board and the CEO propose to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of SEK 4.25 per share be paid to shareholders, which amounts to SEK 1,158 M. The proposed record date is April 28, 2023. Euroclear is expected to distribute the dividend to share- holders on May 4, 2023. Getinge's dividend policy is to pay dividends of 30-50% of net profit to shareholders. Earnings per share, before and after dilution, amounted to SEK 9.15 (10.90).
