Recommendations - Enforced Disappearances • Make enforced disappearance, either committed by state agents or armed non-state actors, criminal under national law and punishable by appropriate penalties which take into account its extreme seriousness. • Make sure survivors and people who have lost their loved ones receive reparation this includes compensation, - rehabilitation, restitution and a guarantee that it won't happen again. 4 AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL
