BEC BARBADOS EMPLOYERS' CONFEDERATION Under Section 37, the Tribunal shall award compensation to be paid by employer to employee if he is ordered to be re-instated or re-engaged and is not or the order is not fully complied with. The compensation must be calculated in accordance with the Fifth Schedule of the Act.
