The Code of Conduct approved in 2015.
Code of Ethics for Suppliers.
Responsible Procurement Policy.
• Corporate Rules for the Procurement of Goods and Contracting of Services.
BBVA Bancomer has drawn up a Code of Ethics for Suppliers, which sets out the principles and
values governing relations between suppliers and any BBVA Group company or entity with which
they interact.
Procurement model
The BBVA Group is equipped with a common and homogeneous Global Procurement Processes Model
which is applicable in all geographies where it operates. This model covers the end-to-end procurement
circuit, from the time an approved annual budget is made until invoices are paid to suppliers. And it is
supported by a common technology platform for all countries.
