Autonomous Regional Financing System and additional transfers By 2023, the Autonomous Regions will receive an amount of 134,336 million euros (+24 y.a.): 124,292 million euros in interim payments, plus 10,981 million euros from the positive liquidation of the 2021 financial year. These resources will enable the regions' budgetary situation to improve significantly, in an environment where the reference rate for the Autonomous Regions has eased to -0.3% of GDP and in the absence of extraordinary transfers.
