State Parks – Law Change Recommendations · Agency Recommendations: Modify 51-3-10 to exclude language prohibiting swimming and rental or use of cabins. Eliminate 51-3-20 through 51-3-40. Since these laws are overridden by Section 51-3-50 they are no longer necessary. Modify 51-3-50 to reflect elimination of Sections 51-2-30 through 51-3-40.
