We introduced a Work Inclusion Policy in 2021, which focuses on recognizing and accepting the differences between employees and the value each of them contributes, encouraging everyone to par- ticipate unconditionally and without bias. As a sign of our commitment to inclusion and diversity within the organization, we have a considerable number of women in mana- gerial positions.
