We do not tolerate any form of
discrimination, harassment and abusive
behavior in our teams. To promote
a work environment that respects
and values differences, we have
communication, training and awareness
initiatives on these topics, with broad
support and engagement from the
company's leadership.
These are initiatives developed with
the support of specialized consultants,
who consider the areas of activity of the
teams and the management position
and seniority of the people involved. The
contents are adapted to meet the needs
and answers the doubts of each audience.
The company's Code of Ethics
and Conduct prohibits any type of
discrimination and harassment. Violations
of the Code of Ethics and Conduct can be
reported to the company's Compliance
area, through the Whistleblower
Channel, available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, for employees, business partners
and the external public.
In addition to fighting harassment and
discrimination in our internal environment,
we address the issue extensively in our
Entertainment, Sports and Journalism
content, in a serious and responsible
manner, promoting debates and bringing
information to society.
Equity in Compensation
Our compensation strategy is based on
market research data in order to analyze
and ensure Globo's competitiveness
in all variables related to the Total
Compensation concept.
We applied this strategy to compensation
policies and practices in the organization,
based on the requirements of each
role and on the performance of each
employee, regardless of their identity
markers. GRI 405-2
Accordingly, we aim to establish equal
pay among our employees, competitive
with the best market practices,
positively playing a role in reducing the
pay gap existing in the general market
for minorities.
