Vision of the future Judicial reorganization plan At the beginning of the 2019/2020 crop year we filed for judicial reorganization with the courts of the state of São Paulo for the purpose of financially restructuring the company to maintain our operations and protect our suppliers and partners. And primarily to strengthen our commitment to more than ten thousand employees and their families, as well as the communities in which we operate. In the 2020/2021 crop year we moved ahead with the approval process for the reorganization plan which will strengthen the company's capital structure and allow resumption of investments for the sustainability of the business. 26
