AeMagin Approval and Timing AeMagin + SAMSUNG DISPLAY On May 17, 2023, eMagin entered into a definitive merger agreement with Samsung Display, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics. A special meeting of shareholders will be announced to vote on the potential transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2023, subject to the approval by eMagin's stockholders, applicable regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
